Sorry it is a google traduction :

Hi,

With the Free provider and Thunderbird 78.9 the subfolders do not appear in the tree structure. The parent folder is up to date, but the subfolders do not appear.

I looked in the knowledge base but despite the settings: - Show all files - The server supports folders which contain subfolders and meassage - Uncheck "Show only folders with subscription

It's always the same thing.

Hi, I do not know if it is really this manipulation but the subfolders appeared after having done "Unsubscribe" and then "Subscribe"... 24 hours after having copied the files from Outlook that I no longer want to use.

Sorry !

Hi, For clarification, in the "Subscription" part they appear, while in the tree structure they do not appear. Michel hoffman
