I could live with the annoying Google "Before you continue...." popup but for the fact that I have to scroll down each time to reach the 'Agree' button. Is there an easy way to permanently adjust the size or shape of the popup? I am using Firefox on a laptop with Windows 10.

You'll need an addon that adjusts CSS settings per site. However, if you don't know what I'm talking about, the only option is to permanently accept Google's cookies, since you only have to accept Google's policies once (i.e. until a cookie has been stored).

See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/websites-say-cookies-are-blocked-unblock-them ; you can manage the permissions given to Google in the Cookes and Site Data section of the Privacy and Security settings page.
