E-mail in return + Spam
Hello. When my father is going to use his scanner and scan something important into his PC and then forward the e-mail to me, it only appears in Return + Spam on his PC in the e-mail program. Mine is completely normal, but not his. We can not figure out the problem! Can you help us?

perhaps you have different anti virus product, or different setting in them. Or different mail providers.
As I am not familiar with a return + Spam folder I can only guess
