Just to clarify, do you mean your Firefox Account or Firefox Focus for Android?

If it is the latter - no, as there is no account or user credentials needed for or stored in that app.

If you mean your Firefox Account, I would recommend it. This support article will help:

Just to clarify, do you mean your Firefox Account or Firefox Focus for Android?

If it is the latter - no, as there is no account or user credentials needed for or stored in that app.
