Cursor jumping to beginning of line

When typing in emails the cursor jumps to the beginning of the line of text. This is happening to two different computers in our organization. We have tried running in safe mode, uninstalling and reinstalling as well as disabling all add-ons and these. Nothing has resolved the issue. Our installations are update to date. We are running Windows 10.
