printing stopped working three versions ago

Print does not work, doesn't follow print menu selections, just prints gigantic, tried same sites with chrome, printing works. I submitted same question a week or so ago have heard nothing. Whats up. The left image is Chrome the right is firefox . Same site .same print menu
