The add-on page can be accessed by opening a New Tab and type about:addons in the url bar then click the Extensions in the left. More info: Disable or remove Add-ons

Or Add-ons and Themes in the 3 bar menu and the same under Tools in the menu bar. The shortcut is ctl+shft+a
