when I recovery only windows, how to recovery in profile forder

i was install only windows and maintain my forder or file that is do not find in windows
that forder name is local forders path: C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Thunderbird\Profiles\94wh6geg.default-release\Mail\Local Folders
i was connect Thunderbird as my account but local forders is empty
could teach me, how to recovery before my data?
