This happens once in a while. I recently had it occur on the ABC news website, but other videos on that website played normally. Is there a way to deal with it?

You can check the Web Console to see if there is more information available.

Can you post a link to a publicly accessible page (i.e. no authentication or signing on required) with such a not working video ?
