some messages are displaying as garbled test,

some messages are displaying as garbled test, I tried all the different html settings in the body display no differences in any of the displays. Messages on wedsite are correct. No updates that I am aware off have occurred. I have rebooted computer and Thunderbird to no effect

right click the folder, select properties and then the repair button.
