Lost my all sync data

Hello Today I've installed Windows 11 and tried migrate my firefox data from old windows 10 to new windows 11 by online account, after login into my firefox account I've noticed all my bookmarks,tab,password,history etc gone. I don't understood why ... I never had problems like this before . when I logged and sync on another device I had all my data from firefox account... Could you please help me with that

Hey. As you said your sync is working on other devices. I recommend, uninstalling Firefox and reinstalling. Be sure during un-installation you purge the folders related to firefox. Most importantly the ones in your %appdata% folders. As that is where user data is stored. The syncing issue may be caused by existing user data in the directory. Also after a windows 11 upgrade, there's a hidden windows.old folder in root C:\ where data that could not be copied during upgrade is left.
