Firefox Developer tools not disabling via gpo using admx file?

Firefox v40.0.3 Windows 10 Pro x64

I downloaded the admx file from mozila website and tried to disable the Developer tools option but its not working and I'm still able to access Developer tool.

Hi I strongly recommend that you update your copy of Firefox as the version that you are using is almost seven years old.

Hi Paul, 

Thank you so much I was using the desktop version of the Firefox, afterward I found there was an Enterprise version which worked flawlessly now thank you so much for your help.

I strongly recommend that you update your copy of Firefox as the version that you are using is almost seven years old.

Hi Paul, 

Thank you so much I was using the desktop version of the Firefox, afterward I found there was an Enterprise version which worked flawlessly now thank you so much for your help.
