Hi, I am opt in the Open previous windows and tabs in the Settings. However, every time I am closing and opening Firefox, it does not restore previous session tabs. Can you help with this issue. please?

How are you 'closing' Firefox? You need to use the exit command or shortcut and allow sufficient time for the process to finish.
