Apparently incomplete upgrade installation

I install or upgrade to version 102.3.2 now the email screen looks like the photo attached. Also some of the tabs at the menu bar are grey (ie. help don´t display). If I clic About what´s display says "clic to restart and update Thunderbird" Evidently I did it several times with the same results. Thunderbird is working because I can compose emails, I got a sound when a new email arrives but I can´t read it because it don´t display (see photo attached). I´m running a MacBook Pro with macOS Monterey version 12.4

Hola, Lo haz logrado resolver? Una soluciona podría ser realizar un respaldo del perfil del Thunderbird y luego reinstalarlo bajando el programa desde la pagina de Thunderbird. Gracias
