I am using Firefox 107.0 on windows 10 64bit 21H2 (19044).

Im a unable to watch amazon prime videos on HD. this issue only seems to be on firefox, while using the same account.

What video? I'm not having that issue with Prime. see screenshot Are you on WiFi or LAN? What troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Hey, it's on all the Evangelion rebuild movies. Especially on "Evangelion: 3.0 + 1.01 - Thrice upon a time". I just tried it with the show you've shown and i had hd video available there. A Friend of mine can watch the Movie in HD and i can't. I am connected via wifi and i tried restarting multiple times, signed in and out and disabled/re-enabled widevine.
