When you view your email in Firefox (the web browser), you are seeing what your email website has to show you. (Firefox does not download and store your email.)

In case Firefox has an incomplete view, try using Safari or Chrome to view your email website and see whether the mail you expect to see is listed there.

If this is a problem with the separate email program Thunderbird, let us know (here at https://support.mozilla.org/questions/1402112, not by email), and a moderator can move your question over to that forum.
