Is writing in upper case really necessary? Maybe if you shared some information, such as your email provider name, and whether the account used to work and when it stopped working.

I didn't send this today... but I am having the same problem again. We need someone from technical support to help fix this. I can be contacted at [phone# removed from public forum] Last time the email server was down and there wasn't anything wrong with my computer... Abdinoors

You need to provide information, such as error message received, and the email host (e,g, gmail, AOL, etc). The forum is our only support platform. It's free, but no direct contact. Do yu manage your own email server? We do need more information. Thank you,
