Confirm before deleting email from inbox
Thunderbird 102.11 - I accidentally hit "Don't ask again" when confirming to delete an email from my inbox. Now it doesn't ask and immediately moves it to the trash. How can I get Thunderbird to ask before deleting? I've seen references to mailnews.emptyTrash.dontAskAgain and mail.warn_on_delete_from_trash which isn't the problem because it asks before deleting trash but NOT from my inbox anymore.
I downloaded an add-on but didn't install it due to the warning about how it is old tech and can access everything because it doesn't ask for permissions... sounded scarey :)
This confirmation used to work until an hour ago when my fingers slipped while deleting a message (probably hit delete and backspace).
HELP, please. Thanks in advance

Thanks for your reply but I have already looked at that thread. It is referring receiving a confirmation message when you want to empty the trash. That still works for me. My problem is when deleting an email from the inbox, for example.
I used to receive a confirmation message before deleting any email from my inbox or other folder. But my hand slipped while deleting and I pressed the backspace which checked the "Don't ask again" box. OOops!
Any other suggestions?

Thanks everyone.
