I am loath to get involved in a spectrum issue as so often they are the issue and just sit there denying it and saying they do not support mail clients. It can become an exercise in self flagellation. However, what error message do you actually see when trying to get mail? We know only what you tell us, and the less you tell us the more difficult it is to get someone to even respond, let alone work to resolve the issue with you. What troubleshooting have you tried. (Please don't say removed and re added the account as that just makes resolution harder usually)
