Lost all data from Pocket

I followed Mozilla's instructions for logging into Pocket. I logged in, Pocket was displayed, and NONE of my data was there. I have used Pocket for many years and I have (had???) a lot of data in it.

What do I do to recover the data?

Thanks, Terry. I saw the Mozilla page before I posted and it doesn't provide any answers. I'll try to contact Pocket -- thanks for that URL.
