Since some time I have to delete the "Authentication Decisions" in Settings / Privacy & Security / View Certificates when using another smart card. Previously one was prompted for which Certificate to use each time one started a session. This allowed users who have to use more than one smart card to connect without having to go to Settings / Privacy & Security / View Certificates, then in the Certificate manager delete the previous Authentication decisions. Another problem with this behaviour is that using the previuously remembered smart card one is just prompted for a PIN, whithout any indication for which certificate that requested PIN would be. One can still use Firefox but it has become much more cumbersome.

What kinda site are you referring to here? This sounds more like a site login issue then something coming from Firefox? Screenshots of the error and URL would help others know what site and what it's causing for login issue.
