Try this: - click 'new message' icon' - click view>toolbar and tick the composition toolbar if view option is not viewable, click alt key to display menu bar first

I have the same problem. Send button disappeared. Also the Write button. I do not have a Composition toolbar shown under the View>toolbar but I do have a Customize option. From that I was able to drag the Write button and the Get Messages button up to the Mail Space (right under the Windows header). I did notice that when I drug those two buttons up to the Mail Space they disappeared from the available buttons shown on the Customize screen. Since the Send button also does not show there, it might be an indication that the system might think it has already been used (even though it does not appear in the Mail Space). I tried moving the Reply button there also, but even though it moved ok, it did not do anything.

Ok, I'll make a few guesses, not knowing exactly what you are seeing. - click the alt key or F10 to show menu bar. Click Message>New Message. That should open composition window. - Now click view>toolbar and click composition toolbar. Let me know if that works.
