Why does the address bar at the top of the screen disappear when I am using firefox

All of a sudden my web address bar at the top of the screen disappears when I open a web address and I have to push my mouse to the top of the screen to make it appear? Didn't used to do this.

You probably went into the fullscreen mode with the F11 key. Press it again to go back.
