Hola, Pero que no puedas abrir el correo no significa que tengas que reinstalar el Firefox o hablas del Thunderbird? Para reinstalar el Firefox solo descargas la versiom para su sistema e instalas corriendo el instalador: https://www.mozilla.org/es-AR/firefox/all/#product-desktop-release Saludos
