Habe im Adressbuch zu viele Adressen gelöscht. Finde leider keinen Papierkorb für gelöschte Adressen. Gibt es Möglichkeiten für eine Wiederherstellung.

Unfortunately, there is no Thunderbird recovery from such deletions. This is a database, however, and my understanding is that deletions are not removed but are tagged as deleted. So, with skill in using an sqlite database tool, you might be able to extract the content, but that's problematic.

I have deleted too many addresses in the address book. Unfortunately, I cannot find a recycle bin for deleted addresses. Are there any options for restoring them? VG Bernd
You can scan a folder of received or sent messages to extract addresses:
