Permission of 'allow' button feature is not work

Device: Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus

I found that everytime the web request a permission, like location, microphone. I click 'allow' button, but it's never work.

But when I click 'dont' allow' button, it's work.

Maybe it's a bug? Please help me check it.
