Please provide a screenshot of the error message you're getting and let us know the point at which the error message is popping up.
Hi Gay,
You have to create an app-specific password for Thunderbird and use that to allow Thunderbird to access your iCloud mail. Apple does not allow apps to access iCloud mail without this permission.
