Appearance of items in inbox
Suddenly all the items in the inbox have become jumbled. Chronological order has become completely lost. As there are many, many items in inbox (over 400--is this the reason for the problem?), it's now pretty much impossible to find anything. What to do to restore the normal order?

Have you used the bars at the top of the columns to sort the emails in the order you require? They can be easily accidentally clicked on.
