What account? If gmail then that's for gmail support to resolve not Firefox forum.

My firefox account of course, not email account. Can't login to my firefox. it says it locked. All my browswer settings, addons is saved on that account.

this is the email account i use to login to firefox with. [edited] @gmail.com

Didn't you try the password reset to email. No-one on the user forum has access to your account.

Ohh thought it was Firefox support first. Did not see. Will try to fix it someway. Don't know why it did send me here on the forum. Thanks

This is the Firefox support product section of the community support forum. Mozilla does not have any form of direct one on one support by phone chat or email except for their subscription based apps (like Mozilla Mozilla VPN, and plus/premium versions of MDN Plus, Firefox Relay, Mozilla Monitor, Pocket) that has direct ticket support here.

Mozilla technically does have a direct ticket support for Mozilla Accounts by way of https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account/form which is located on the https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/new/mozilla-account page.

Note Firefox Accounts has been renamed as Mozilla Accounts since early Nov 2023 to reflect that it is not just used for Firefox Sync anymore. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/access-mozilla-services-firefox-account
