I was having trouble with Norton, but it appears to be fixed. However, I lost my master password, and cannot login to read my email.

Sorry Justin, this is not what I need to capture or make a new master password.

I had problems with my laptop, and for unknown reasons, my master password is no longer working.

I want to create a new master password, but I cannot, because my last master password is gone.

How can I create a new master password when the old one is no longer working?
