I closed all tool bars and can not access anything or turn them back on including naviagtion. Please help

I no longer have any tool bars and can't do anything, web, bookmarks, find the firebox file, etc. tool bar. Can't find where to click to restore the basic firebox tool bars. What do I do?

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

Hit the Alt key to show the Menu bar, then open View > Toolbars and select Menu bar, so it has a check-mark.
