how do I remove the firefox update web page loaded as secondary homepage after I have already updated

how do I remove the "Firefox has updated" web page that loads as secondary homepage. This page does not show in options as home additional homepage.

This happened

Every time Firefox opened

== After updating when I restarted Firefox...and continues each time I run Firefox.
