When Firefox is opened, no keyboard input is allowed. I must find a tab or field I can click on before I can type in the URL box. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the application.

Keyboard input for normal form fields (and DHTML) screwed up with many sites (facebook, wunderground). Some keys don't work ('y', caps), backspace is unresponsive after a character or two. Happens with Window 7 N - all patches applied.

I also have this problem, every time I use Firefox. I'm also on Firefox 3.6.8 and Windows 7.

Reinstalling the keyboard driver had no effect, nor did running Firefox in safe mode. I also had the same problem with the Firefox 4 beta.
