I get error message whenever I try and download add-on's,WHY?

Firefox could not install the file at

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/downloads/latest/256/addon-256-latest.xpi

because: Unexpected installation error Review the Error Console log for more details. -203 I get this message for any add-on. Using CA security Suite free from Timewarner,rr.com. Brfore I downloaded this software, Firefox worked just fine.
