Is there a way to get thumbnail previews of multiple recently visited webpages on start up / new tabs? ( like with Chrome)?

I would like to, when I start firefox or when I open a new tab, to see a page with multiple thumbnail views of my favourites or most frquently used sites.

Is this possible with Firefox, and if so how do I do it?
