After upgrading my firefox to 3.6.9 it asked me to update Adobe for security reasons. now flash crashes constantly

When having issues with upgrading, please see this article ((Managing the Flash plugin)) for help. You might want to try uninstalling the Flash plugin (instructions are also located in that article).
