How do I add a password? The password toolbar does not always pop up when adding a new password. I also have sites I would now like to save the password that I previously declined.

Some websites will block the saving of passwords. For the sites that you previously declined saving passwords, you can remove them from the exceptions list. For more details see the username and password not remembered article.
