all my book marks have gone after upgrading and the help does not help

there is no tools bar and my screen shows everything in small letters that I cannot change . i posted similar question a few days ago help . I NEVER should have upgraded as everything was working fine and now it isnot

If you havent removed your customizations, you may find your bookmarks backup stored in your profile folder. This can be found at C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\<profilename>\bookmarkbackups folder. If the backups exist and you want to revert to the backup, go to Organize Bookmarks (Ctrl+Shift+B) and choose Import & Backup>Restore>Choose File option. Select your file and you will get back your bookmarks.
