I have a hotmail email account and it has stopped letting me attach documents to my email, I have been using it for years but it has just stopped working, it doesn't even highlight as an option, what can I do?
Hello, I have been using my hotmail email account for years to send people documents and jpegs, at least once a week, and 2 days ago I stopped being able to attach files to my email. Nothing different happened, there were no messages, I just suddenly couldn't even click on the 'attach' button (it doesn't highlight when I scroll across it anymore). It has been like this for 2 days now. My housemate also tried to attach a document to his hotmail email account on this computer and he couldn't either. I tried attaching a document to my yahoo email and that worked, so its a problem with hotmail. My hotmail has always been my main email and I am applying for jobs so really need to attach documents, they said to contact you, can you help? Thank you

I have the same problem...Hotmail say to optimize the browser you use, so we need to know how to optimise FF 3.5.13 please..
