Firefox crashes constantly and unexpectedly no matter what webpage I am on. Happens in safe mode also. I've tried updating, disabling add-ons, same crashes happen. I have followed the generic crash troubleshoot list and nothing helps. This is so infuriating and frustrating.

I am using Win7 64bit.

Having the same issue. I have been running Firefox 3.6.8. I started having problems this morning, as anytime I went to Google gmail (I also have google voice/phone), Firefox would crash. The minimal debug information tells me it is an issue with ntdll.dll. I have run anti-malware scanners, done a quick virus scan & nothing shows up. I updated to Firefox 3.6.12, same problem. I then uninstalled Firefox & reinstalled, but the problem remains. I uninstalled the Vista updates from this morning, but nothing I've done seems to work. In fact, I can't even go to the Mozilla website in Firefox without it crashing (having to use IE or Opera). Any ideas guys? Thanks

appears to be win7 prob manged to stop it by minimizing startup application fine for month then DIASTER BACK WITH VENGEANCE has MS NOT ISSUED A FIX ?
