Every time I try to open I get message: "Firefox is already running, but is not responding; to open a new window you must first close the existing Firefox process or restart your system" so I have to open Task Manager and "end process" Firefox_exe

Idea: How about telling us BEFORE we start writing how many characters we should limit ourselves to? Maybe you'd start a trend.
