I get a message saying uncheck work offline in the file menu. I never work offline and I never check work offline. I uncheck work offline and lose what I was doing online. It happens often but not always.

I am at the back of the house and the signal is so weak that I sometimes lose it altogether. This may be part of the problem. Is there no way to amplify AT&T's signal?

Create a new Boolean pref with the name network.manage-offline-status and set the value to false.

Right-click on the about:config page to open the right-click context menu and use "New > Boolean" to create a new Boolean pref.

Name: network.manage-offline-status
Value: false
