Printing from email (Yahoo and a Rogers webmail) is not working properly. Only P 1 will print, even if "all" is selected in the print window. The print window defaults to "page 1 to 1" and nothing will change it. Docs from "MY Documents" print properly. In Explorer, printing is correct.

There's a few Bugs in Firefox that can cause that to happen. Those Bugs are fixed in Firefox 4.0, which is due to be released later this month or early next month. You can get the Firefox 4.0 Beta here: - http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/beta/

Create a new profile exclusively for the 4.0 beta version and create a desktop shortcut with -P "profile" appended to the target to launch that profile.

You have a number of Plugins that are out of date, and should be updated to the latest versions. See this page for details:

I appreciate your reply. But, why did it just happen now? We've been using Firefox for years without any problems. Was there a recent update that might have caused this problem?

I'm not savvy enough to follow your other suggestions. I need a very simple fix. I'm not prepared to start trying a beta version of FF4.

Nothing was changed in Firefox that would cause that to just start happening now, those Bugs go back many years.

See if resetting your printer preferences in Firefox solves that issue.
