I want to clear my cache but I cannot do so by following the instructions on the help page because there is no Network tab available to me. The sequence of links given are different from those on the SEO for Firefox program I have just downloaded. How do I correct this fault please?

In the Options window, select the Advanced panel, there should be a network tab there, as shown in the attached image. To clear the cache click the "Clear Now" button.
