Thank you for coming back so promptly but having given up and walked away now a few hours later would you believe I tried again and this time successfully. Computers!!!!! It is a long story but I bought some Uniblue software to speed up and look at out of date drivers.As a result I lost sound.So I uninstalled Uniblu and restored back a couple of weeks but I lost Mozilla on the way. Now All seems to be well. Touch wood. Thanks again.
