How do I select which profile Firefox 5 will use when it opens?

I have several profiles in FF5. Each time FF opens, it opens using a different profile. So, how do I select which profile Firefox 5 will use when it opens?

Type this is in the the Run dialog: firefox.exe -p. Doing so will bring up the profile manager where you can select the default profile. (See screenshots)
