Problem with Javascript

After installing FF 6.0, my javascript crashed. I've uninstalled & re-installed but it was still like that. I can't watch videos from a Youtube's userpage. It alsways said that I've turned off Javascript and Adobe Flash Player. I've reinstalled Flash too. I couldn't click Like or Share button on each video. How to solve this?
