Have changed my e-mail account password but Firefox insists on using old password. Hence, I cannot access my Comcast e-mail account. I get a "403 server error."

  • Click the (empty) input field on the web page to open the drop down list
  • Highlight an entry in the drop down list
  • Press the Delete key (on Mac: Shift+Delete) to remove it.

Firefox will remember new form data when entered.

  • Firefox > Preferences > Security: Passwords: "Saved Passwords" > "Show Passwords"
