When I connect to the internet via my Belkin wi-fi, why does it no longer work but displays BTFON page and asks me for money?

I have a Belkin N Wireless USB Adapter for accessing the internet and have had no problems with it. Just recently this has changed - a BTFON page now displays, asking me to pay for wireless internet connection. Why? I already pay my service provider for broadband. Thank you.

I have found out why it's doing it! On the list of Belkin "Available Networks/My Connections" BTFON is listed as try this connection first. Don't know who/how/why this changed from selecting my own network first but it's fixed now.
