I just loaded up-date 7. When I did I lost 15 years worth of sites that I had saved/found as that many, some where around 200/250 sites. I need this restored. How?

My bookmarks add-on tool bar has been removed. "Multi-tool bars" have been removed.

Specifically which add-on toolbar isn't working?

Have you looked for an update for that add-on toolbar?

A possible cause is a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
